Customers can request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

 

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. 
  • All tags, invoices, and packaging materials must remain intact. 

We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase to facilitate a seamless return process.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and provide further instructions to ensure a smooth return experience. 

 

Refund Policy & Processing Time 

 

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

 

Please note that refunds are only applicable to products that meet our return conditions. Items showing damage, signs of use, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items 

 

Certain products are ineligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or product integrity concerns. These include: 

 

  • Innerwear & Lingerie: Returns are not accepted due to hygiene considerations. 
  • Swimwear & Activewear: Items that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned. 
  • Customized & Personalized Products: Items made to order are not eligible for returns or refunds. 
  • Clearance & Sale Items: Products purchased at a discount or during clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.
